• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Since it's been almost 50 years since I last had a Ford,

I think I'll try an updated Bronco when I turn in my Jeep Wrangler. I just happen to catch the remake of the Bronco when I was watching the news this morning. I like the cyber orange with a 2.7 liter (Eco Boost).

Rogue Hawk,

I checked to see if they had a Harley version, so I could spend an extra $30,000 for decals and badging.:roflblack:

Now that you mention it, my last one was 1979 and it was an LTD wagon. Actually a very fine car for me and the family.

The Bronco's look interesting, and go all the way up to $60,000 with all the spiffs available. Now if you could just get that HD badged one for an extra $30K, you would really have something there. :roflblack:

You’d have to buy the badges as add-ons from the HD dealer parts department. That’ll run it up to 40k.

Ah yes, the eco boost...some love em, some hate em. All depends if you're lucky enough to get a good one. Now with the 2.7 and 3.5, it's a toss up. I chose to go the old reliable 5.0 route in the 2016. So far so good. The Bronco looks interesting for sure, and even the Ranger looked appealing...but holy crap, you can get a full size truck for the cost....YIKES

Take a look at an F450 limited diesel, crew cab, 4X4, long box, DRW. Makes the Bronco seem cheap! Yikes!

I have heard good things about the ecoboost. But I am still a fan of the good old V8. I have my 2 retirement vehicles right now. My trusty old ford lightning and my mustang convertible. Going to use any excess car funds to add a whipple to the mustang.
