Sorry, I don't have a laptop. My usual thing on vacation is to stay off the internet and just enjoy the things going on around me instead.

My biggest thrill about holidays is to take the frickin cell phone that allows my employer to access me 24 hours a day seven days a week and shut it off! So I am with ya, have a great trip and lets hear about it once you are back! :thumbup: :thumbup:

I am retired from my regular day jobs--but have held on to the teaching as long as I can. That helps provide for things like the trip.

Too bad you had to leave Hawaii to do it though.

We are glad to be back after a week. Home is not so bad for me either. It was great seeing the mountains on one side of the road, and parts of Cook Inlet on the other as I was driving back home this AM. The only difference is the water here is a bit cooler and the foilage does not have quite as many flowers as I encountered in Hawaii. Either way, I do consider myself to be very fortunate to be able to visit one paradise and to live in another.
