Sierra Cycles, AZ. The most honest Dealership I have ever delt with.

A couple weeks ago I got the F3S bug and had started talking to Dealers in the Phoenix area. I had a 2013 RTL with 12,000 miles on it and it was in super shape with many mods. I really wasn't happy with the offers I was getting and Spyderryderjim suggested I contact Sierra Cycles in Sierra Vista, AZ. I did and David asked that I send a couple pictures which I did. I was actually talking to a RideNow Dealer at the time that David sent me their offer. They beat the best deal I could get in Phoenix by over $3000. I call that an offer I couldn't refuse. So it was off to Sierra Vista the next day and I got my F3S thanks to David, Steve and their father Barry. Everything in the deal was up front, no hidden charges, and they added floorboards, rider and passenger backrests at cost. It's a family business and they make you feel like family. Anybody looking to trade up or just buy should not pass up a chat with the crew at Sierra Cycles.
 Soooo glad to be on my F3S.

Ditto - Sierra Cycles is the best

Ditto to everything you said about them. I've had a wonderful experience with them as well. I purchased both an F3S, for Jacque, and an RT Limited for myself. It is a real joy working with an independent dealer with a staff that has longevity and really cares about their customers. I can't say enough about them. I live in Tucson and I'd recommend that anyone consider Sierra Cycles. Just call Barry, David, or Steve and talk to them. I did my deal completely over the phone and picked up my bikes a week later. Again, great folks!

Sierra Cycles Service

So far I do. They installed my Tri-Axis bars which is not a simple installation. They also remedied a shock squeak for me and we've had some other accessories installed for both the RT and the F3S. All good so far!

That's great, now I hope that you like their service department as well as their sales department.

A lot of riders in Tucson will travel to Sierra Vista for their purchases and maintenance. I hear very good things about them.

Thank you for the kind words! We appreciate you guys for making the effort to search us out and giving us a shot to earn your valued business.

Thanks again!

You guys from Phoenix should just ride down it a wonderful ride and the Temp is probably about 25 degrees cooler than Phoenix.

I am really happy for all the folks in the Sierra Vista area, but it seems as tho every time I hear of a really good dealership, that report is FARTHER and FARTHER from my home! Enjoy, folks! Not everyone has access to really good dealers/mechanics! :(

I have heard good things about Sierra. The two Spyder dealerships in the Phoenix area are both scoundrels (Ride Now and Apache), and I advise everyone to look elsewhere. I called Sierra when I was shopping for my RT, but they didn't have any in stock. I ended up buying from Star Island Motorsports in Prescott Valley and had a great experience. I think the small town dealers tend to work harder toward customer satisfaction and referrals than the big city dealers who have a larger pond in which to fish.

I'm glad things worked out for you and you're enjoying your :spyder2:

Pam
