• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sick of winter...

Truer words, have NEVER been spoken! :2thumbs:
At least tomorrow will give me some time to tackle the TricLED front fender lighting...:thumbup:

39 and we've had almost 2 inches of rain since last night. Tomorrow, 67 and mostly sunny. Looking to get some of my RC members together for a RTE tomorrow. That is, if I finish the Ark by this evening.

I'm not swapping with anyone it's 68 and sunny here in Huntsville al. And I've already ridden 100 miles today. I do feel for you guys though but I'm happy.:doorag:

My parents moved from "snow states" years ago and I THANK THEM FOR THAT! I grew up in Minn and Long Island NY. So I know what it's like.

They both told me they moved to Ca. because they were tired of the snow and dealing with it. No other reason.
Does Ca. have all the things in life people need? No... But sorry I wont ever move to a snow state! I love it here.
Wife and I are actually discussing where to go when we retire. It wont be my current location (So Cal) but it will be close. If I want to see and experience winter, I can go there :) But I won't live there.

It was 22 out this morning when i climbed On my spyder to ryde the 40 miles to work.......8 hours later it was close to 60 and was a great Long way home. Come on spring!!!:yes:

Ditto, over here! Spent about an hour yesterday improving my snow shoveling technique. Damn snow piles on either side of my driveway entrance were so tall, I was having a heck of time seeing traffic as I was backing out! :sour:

Roads are clear here but we still have snow else where and it's still 8f when I take my son to school in the mornings. We need a good heavy but sort spell of rain to wash the salt and grit away.

trying to plan service time, need to book it, but with the weather being up and down its hard to say.

cabin fever,
harry
