• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

On the first ride of any distance after purchasing new my 2019 Spyder F3-T there was an electrical failure which stranded me about an hour and a half from home. Long story short, an alternator failure apparently caused a surge that knocked out several other electronic components. Symptoms were: couldn't clear the nanny screen, parking brake wouldn't release and it wouldn't turn over. For unknown reasons (cooling down maybe?) after about 2 hours it started and got me home. My dealer, No Limits Powersports in Bartlesville, OK, working with BRP engineers and service reps was able to diagnose a pretty complicated problem, make the necessary repairs and get me back on the road. Over 1,000 miles later I've had no problems. This dealership and service department is awesome!

:thumbup: Great to hear, how long did it take them? Was it covered by warranty :dontknow::dontknow:

It was in the shop nearly 2 weeks because BRP had to OK the parts due to warranty coverage. And yes, all covered under warranty.

 We hear oh so much of bad service, and doom and glume, it's good to hear of a good story for a change!!! Good Luck !!

Well, for once BRP stepped up. Too bad that it took 2 weeks, but glad it all got sorted out. They do sometimes do the right thing, but it usually takes them a long time to do so. Don't blame the dealer, they are hamstrung by what BRP tells them what they can and/or cannot do.

UPDATE: My dealer told me yesterday that BRP has added a full year onto the original 2 year factory warranty. Praying I won't need it! Thank you No Limits Powersports and BRP.
