• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Should have bought one of these 2 years ago

Lamonster

As you know I take my Spyder apart a lot. There are a ton of #30 screws on the Spyder and I found the perfect tool for removing and installing them back again. This thing works great and if you're looking for something to get the Wrench :doorag: in your family this would be a great gift idea. I got mine at Northern Tool for a 100 bucks :doorag:

Glad you put that...

on a thread. You get a big thumbs up :2thumbs:and a attaboy on that one. I'm going to northern tool tomorrow and I can always use another tool. Especially one that speeds or makes a job easier.

Now keep in mind one ah:cus: wipes out 10 attaboys! /Ken

Lamonster, along with a 6 inch flex extension, wow the body panels just fly off & on. who said a old guy can't learn new tricks, OH wait, I guess I'm the old guy:ohyea:. Gene

I was using a cordless drill, but got tired of the hassle. I replaced the screws with Dzus fasteners...they work great! I can strip that Spyder nekked in less than a minute. :D

Where did you get that Jewel?? How Much??? Sure beats my CORDED Drill.:2thumbs:
Here's the Milwaukee version of it with a drill chuck.

It's a Ridgid impact tool Model 82233, Home Depot owns Ridgid, sells these for around $120. I've had this one for about 4 years, but since I got my Spyder, it's found a new home with my kit in the trunk.
