• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. shooting fun with guns off the spyder

Noice!!

These are my two current "Projects" or what my wife likes to call "Mistresses" :D

How do you like that Kahr?? do they rust if carry them all the time? Have you should or seen that kaltec slim 9mm, I have and they are nice, less money for a shoot someone in the face gun.

Does the scope hold a zero and do you get a good check weld with the scope so high?

don't get me wrong they are both what every american should have

Now worries :2thumbs:...

The Pistol is my daily Concealed and Carry Sig Sauer P239 40 Cal...

And my M-4 (AR-15 conversion) is the 5.56 .223.. I learned at a very young age to keep the iron sights up and ready to go... Never broke the habit.

So for this particular build, and low kick factor, I thought I would try the Quick Disconect mount on top of the handle. 500 NATO rounds came in yesterday, plan to "Warm" it up late next week. To see if I like it or not.

Thankfully (Or possibly not :dontknow:) I have no dominant eye and can hit my targets fairly tight mounted on my right shoulder, and having this higher mount allows me to use more of my left eye from my right shoulder (For practice).

Who makes your AR-15 lower? as dumb as it sounds the 13+ years of playing national event paintball makes transition drills (switching right to left handed with real guns) not a problem.

I have a taurus t85 .38 alloy frame that I use for CC, might switch up to my F&N 5.7 cause of my new aerostich jacket setup.

Here is one for Doc, cause its a romanian dragunv

I had some people CC carry stuff I did today at the range and I am kicking myself for not doing video of it. 5 seconds with gloves on and jacket zipped to on a 7 yard target. I will see if I can get it to 3 seconds,

Please don't suggest this to Doc. He just might lose his thumb the next time....:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

^^^ LOL...

The lower is a DPMS... Nothing special... Just purchased as they are stock, then added my own twists as I go...

Picked up a really nice S&W 442 38 Special this morning for the wife's CC from our second favorite dealer (Bit pricey, but no sales pressure)... He told us last week he had one coming in. Had to go look at it . I am having a really hard time not going to get another one. They are actually very nice units! Trying to convince my wife I need it as a backup for my backup :roflblack:

I should have one of these on my .39 a crimson trace grip, I should have gotten one when I got my CC back again. they are awsome and well made.

The 442 is a nice piece......I"ve been a 642 fan for a while.

I like this for a back-up - .410/.45Long Colt

my cop buddy has one of those, dangerous weapon, the firing pins will rest on the primers and can sometimes go off, not something I would like to have happen in a gun fight, they are neat how small they are.

Let her fire the S&W at a shooting range and you'll end with the back-up...nojoke

We find that out next week =]...

She likes my P239 but hates the weight. I run the Speer Gold Dot 155gr GDHP's...

The way I help her on the kick is easy... Practice rounds are the weakest round I can find (And usually the cheapest) Then she carries The Hornady Critical Defense FTX 110gr +P for her CC times.

Additionally, I chose this 442 for her for many reasons... No hammer to get caught on any lady stuff or clothing, or only to fire once and then no additional rounds if in her jacket for example... I love the idea of "Spilled" items that can happen in a purse not getting into the workings of the pistol as well. And the carry weight. She has a "Biking" purse that she uses, it had to fit with all her other stuff.

So in the end... If and when she ever has to actually defender herself, the adrenalin will compensates for the kick, and the size and weight compensates during all the other times

that is awsome how do you like the izu? I heard they are pigs for weight compared to what they look like.

That is a mac 10?

They are both Uzi, one is an Uzi pistol and the other is the carbine. They are actually pretty heavy, especially when loaded, but they are fun as heck. I thought about a Mac 10 instead of the uzi pistol due to price, but figured I should get the real deal instead...it was hard to find though. I am thinking since I can't ride I should get to the range, especially after looking at all the guns on here!

what kind of accuracy can you get out of either uzi? I know that it is not what they are made for, just wonder a fast double tap at 7yards and 25 yards. Awsome to have different stuff like that.
