• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

shifting question?

Well I just bought a RTs sm6 after not liking my RS se5. I love my new ride, lots of comfort, but when I shift up and reduce throttle, pull in clutch to shift the rpms doesn't drop fast enough. If I shift slow it works find, if I shift fast like I have done on all other bikes the rpms are still up after shift is done. Is this normal to have a slow throttle response or should I have it checked out? DennisIMG_20140628_105132.jpg

Are you driving a 2014?

Well..!!

you may have to give it some time. Shouldn't but this is a new engine if it continues there may be a vaccum leak somewhere or a computer update. I know my Jetta is that way and was told they could not change that without a computer mod...

new bike

New bike?? It's normal for about the first thousand miles... Give it some time to loosen-up!

Yes this is a 014 RT s sm6 with 80 miles so far. I was curious about the throttle response so will put more miles on it before I get more concerned. If it's still that way after 3000 miles will have it checked during break in service:thumbup:
