Well since I've bumped the shifting rpm level up to 4000 rpm, I've been real curious about what this was going to do to my fuel economy... Normally I have found myself consistently reporting higher than average fuel mileage in the past.
Well...
I have found that my around Town mileage has dropped from 34, to a bit over 33; not too shabby at all.
Yesterday we took a 205 mile short hop, and I averaged 37.5 mpg!
I think that I'll keep the revs up as I've now seen that it's not seriously affecting my fuel usage at all!
Or should I try Five Thousand??? :roflblack:
