Service Record Book

Is there a service record book with newer models? I'm sure I had service record book with my 2008 GS but I haven't got one with my 2012 RS (purchased late 2013). I'm getting the impression that service intervals have been changed and that it's up to the owner to keep appropriate records. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thanks.

We have a 2012 RS but the only servic reference is in the manual starting with the 600 mile and so on. They did have some changes including oil at 4600 up from 3000. I think the valve adjustment also. You can look it up on the brp owners site...:thumbup:

There is no service record page or booklet for any of the Spyders, including the 2008 GS. There is only the maintenance schedule in your owner's guide. The early schedules have been changed, and owners of record received new schedules in the mail. The new intervals are dependent on using the new version of the oil and transmission filters.
