FYI... I have 2 Sena10R units with the crappy speakers, and purchased Iasus replacements which forum members rated highly. Sena stopped manufacturing the base unit with a 3.5mm jack for plug and play, (must take lessons from Apple on planned obsolesence) forcing me to solder speaker wires. Iasus support was great; gave me the configuration no problem (blue is speaker, red is ground, ignore the copper wire), but Sena is world class jerks. Refused to answer a simple question after bumping me up twice to higher tech support. I had to learn the hard way that Sena wires are: Red=speaker White=ground. So if you are wiring Sena to Iasus, Red(S) to Blue(I) and White(S) to Red(I). Unbelievable improvement in volume, bass response, and clarity.
