• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sena 20s problem

Duel pack 20s. One unit sends and receives, other unit sends only. Seems to have started after a phone call to unit that sends only. Also volume is very low. Waiting on email response from Sena. Any suggestions?

we found that the volume being turned down can be a problem at first. just keep on turning and turning until you hear the beep. then you know it's a loud as it can get. if you turn the unit up during a phone call, that volume will keep its memory so the next time you get a call, the volume will be where you left it. turning the volume up during a phone call will not effect how loud your music is once you hang up the phone.

also speaker placement is key. if the speakers in your helmet are not placed directly over your ear, the volume will suffer.

Perform a hard reset....make sure you have latest firmware version.... I think it's 1.3 now...... kinda like starting over but it fixes a lot of little sniggly things.

I thought mine was malfunctioning but it turned out that the way my wife held her helmet to put on, that she was turning down the volume every time . Once I got her to stop that it works great

If you have a Garmin 660 or 665 only one person can listen to music/stereo at a time. You can switch between units but only one will receive at a time. This is a Garmin thing and not the Sena.
