• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a Sena 20 and a buddy just got a Sena 10.
Question for you....how do you pair the two so we can use the intercom to talk to each other?
We were stumbling around with them this morning and couldn't get them to pair?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks a bunch!!!

Hold down the jog dial on one until the lights blink the. Press the jog dial on the other one until the lights blink.

That at should do it.

We are paired with another couple that we ride with a lot. We are 20S and they are 10S. On both units that you want to pair, press and hold the jog dial or button for at least 6 seconds until the LED begins flashing. When they are BOTH flashing, press the jog dial or button once on ONE OR THE OTHER (but not both) units.

Give it a bit to get "unconfused". Sometimes it takes a bit to hook up. Once paired, to turn on the intercom, press the jog button on either unit one time. And wait. Don't get impatient and start pressing a bunch of stuff.

And a "press" is just that. Press and immediately let go. Almost more like a tap. Longer presses do other things.

Once paired, you should stay paired as long as nobody does a hard reset to either unit. If you should happen to pair somebody else later, they become the "one press" to turn on and the first pairing now goes to a status of "two presses" to turn on. They call it "last in, first out".

I'm still waiting for Sena's noise-cancelling helmet, current due in September. I'm going to assume it will pair with the other Sena models - if not that will be a show stopped.

My old Cardo unit have been charged over 300 times, which I've been told is the magic number for when the battery won't hold much charge.
