The Brudelli Leanster looks pretty good.

Quite honestly... I consider myself to be a pretty decent spyder rider... and I could out pace that guy on that track. I'm not sure leaning on a trike has some of the same net benefits as on two wheels. It does not appear that the leaning helps him in the twisties at all. Furthermore, I bought my Spyder as it was a sport tourer which I then turned into a full tourer with hard cases. The spyder's flat contact patch is ideal for the 1000's of miles I've run touring the country so far and based on that video, even laden with my bags, I could run with or out run that guy in the twisties.
Sure... That thing allows you to hang the ass end out on a turn and that would be fun. It will be interesting to see if they or somebody can further refine the leaning ability in a trike and have it out perform the Spyder.... and then add the ability to go touring.

After watching those videos, I believe the Spyder to be more of a well balanced - jack of all trades machine.
