My bride and I hit a bump the other day and she left the seat briefly - it sounded like the seat "bottomed out" when she came back down (probably a bit low on the air pressure in the air bladder).
Then the screen flashed orange "Passegeur detectour" (not sure of the spelling) - it looks like French for "passenger detected".
It has continued to flash this message each time the trike is started and the little spyder flashes on the trip meter window.
I checked the code (I don't remember the code number) and looked the code up in the shop manual - it said that it should be checked with BUDS and to replace the switch.
It seems to me, that the rider should be able to reset such messages - if in fact the switch is bad, I'd be inclined to just not have one, as it doesn't seem to do much for me but I'd like to get rid of the annoying flashing. - I know that it is supposed to adjust something if you are riding with a passenger, but just how important can that adjustment be?
Any comments
