Seat Problem?

Hello All:

Have a seat problem, it is tearing and the dealer has replaced it once no charge. It has started tearing for the second time with only a few miles since the last one. The dealer suggested I contact BRP and talk to them.

I wanted to contact the guy you guys talk about here on the forum's. Can not remember his name or contact info. Can some one help?
