• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Monday night I ordered Seal Floorboards from John for the "Pearl". They arrived here Friday afternoon. I installed them Saturday after lunch. It was a straight forward, easy install. Took the Pearl for a quick 10 mile test run and I can tell I am going to really like them. Can't wait for the first extended ride with them!!

 I agree. I have had mine since December 2010 and can't imagine going back to the stock pegs.

Does the install of the boards allow the rear passenger boards to be raised to the highest position for shorter riders?

The Seals don't affect how high the passenger boards can be raised since they are placed underneath the boards. They may reduce how low they can go, but only by an inch or so.

Hey all you guys, thanks for the great comments:2thumbs:. I take you guys and my Seal FloorBoards very seriously. Having one's work appreciated makes it all worth while:ohyea:.

Ride in comfort,

Multi-Purpose???

Looks like these are positioned to act as regular footrests as well as "highway pegs" to stretch out the legs. Am I correct?

Thanks!

Yes Frank,

They are indeed huge FloorBoards and extend on forward to become very comfortable highway pegs.

Seal Floorboards for RT-S with Kewl Metal Hwy Pegs

Well I have John's first pair of RT-S Floorboards for the Kewl metal Hwy pegs. John made boards for people with Hwy Pegs installed already. The board is flat without the raised foot rest as on the other boards he makes. The boards fit very well and look good to, I removed the Dimond plat that he has applyed to the boards and had a truck bed spray done to them.
This way they look better and the non-skid really works, I'm going to top mine off with Stainless hardware.
The way the boards are made, you can adjust the Kewl Metal pegs without the board in the way.
