• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SE5 SEAT

DSQUARE

I bought my Wife the SE5 since she was mot good at 2 wheels. She loves it and I have already done some add-ons. One thing i don't like and she agrees is the seat. It seems to not let you move around on it when you are riding, and it seems to cause alot of sweat when riding during warm/hot days. Is there a seat or a cover that seems to work better with more confort. Looked at the RSS cover, but just want to know if there are othere options. Have seen some sweet seats on some owners bikes on the forms.:shemademe_smilie:

www.kontourseat.com $$$:gaah:

You have to send them your stock seat.

If you haven't already, get her a set of 4" risers. I have them pulled straight back for my wife and she loves them! And why your at it, get her a C.H.A.D.

seat options

Just buy a sheep skin and lay over seat. The optional comfort seat is good but still hot.

C.H.A.D.,really cool windshield for touring(one of many).Very Adjustable as well.I have one and so far it has been one of the better that I've tried.:2thumbs:

okay

Yeah i got her the C.H.A.D. also. I got her pretty well fixed up, and am looking at getting her some other stuff she wants.
One other question. I ride a Harley, so i am learning about this Spyder with her. There seems to be alot of hot air that comes from the right side from what looks like an engine air exit, and it is rather large just in front of the right foot peg. Has anyone investigated on a "DOWN SHROUD" that could be attached to reflect theis hot air down and not back. Here in Texas, as i am sure you know we get what you call some high temps in the Summer.
