SE5 Clutch

Hi, just joined five minutes ago and I'm wondering if someone can point me to some info on the "automatic" clutch on the SE5. I don't have a Spyder yet but need an SE5 because of restricted movement in my left ankle. I'd like to know.....
Is the friction part of the clutch same or similar th SM5 ?
What actually operates the clutch (eg, oil pressure, centrifugal force) ?
At what engine RPM is clutch fully engaged ?

Have to agree..!!

:agree: There you have it. Bike does require you don't lug the engine keep rpm's up to not wear the clutch out prematurely..!! work very well.... :thumbup:

Just what I needed to know, 3200+/-200....as I'm buying second hand I'm hoping the previous owner knew that too!

A dealer can hook up to BUDS and print out a sheet showing the history of the rpm where the Spyder was operated. It may cost you a few bucks, but it would be good insurance.
