• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Little checking..

cheapcycleparts.com and Procaliber are a couple of places that sell oem parts cheap or at least cheaper...not sure what part your looking for or I could look it up. but they give you the breakdown and price....

Let's see....

The speaker grills are 9.32 each
The lens cover for the instrument panel is $17.13
The instrument panel is $857.00

am I getting close ....? :roflblack:

I guess that would be the instrument panel, the actual screen ,speedometer,Thanks again

You can look up the part number on the www.can-am.brp.com website also that way you can compare. If your dealer has the same price as the others then I would ask them for a discount. 10% to 15% off the BRP price is not unreasonable.

Do a search of motorcycle salvage yards. You can probably get one for 1/2 the cost of new. Since there have been so few problems with them a used on should be quite satisfactory. You'll just have to make a note of the odometer reading of both old and new so you can attest to mileage when you sell or trade it.

It's under Electrical Accessories - Steering

Item: 12 Part number: 710003158 Description: Multifunction Speedometer

I hate how they have 2 or 3, sometimes 4 names for the same part. :gaah:
