• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Scotty and yet another electrical question...

Scotty,

I noticed in your album an auxiliary fuse block. Am I correct and you do not have a dedicated cover over it, other than the tupperware? I ask because I'm trying to mount a PC-8 and I want to mount it under the 'Y' just ahead of the seat; with the cover on it, it won't fit there. Wouldn't that piece of tupperware be enough protection?

Thanks

If I had been able to land a fusebox with a cover locally, I probably would have used one. I was too impatient to order one. I have added a plastic bolt cover for the hot post since my picture was taken. Still, this is an otherwise uncluttered area, and is covered in normal use by the removable cover under the trunk lid. It the location you mention, it is already tight, and I would be a bit more worried. I'd have to ponder that one a while, but I have concerns. Sorry I can't go out and stare at it a while to give you a better answer. Can't get around well enough yet after my surgery. You'll have to weigh the possibilities of anything contacting a hot wire with your particular unit. Depending on the way it is made, you may have no problems there, but I can't say for sure. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
