Schuberth c3 SRC communication system

Well my wife and I lucked out and someone returned the helmets we wanted in our size! Love the fit and feel so far as we test drive them all around the living room. My next question is about wether or not I should look into the SRC neck roll add on blue tooth to replace my current sena 20s. Does anyone have advice or experience they'd be willing to share?

Schuberth and SRC

I had a Schuberth C3 with the SRC system about 4 years ago. When it worked, it was wonderful! I'd guess that this was about the time the SRC system was introduced. It had some pairing issues and got to be frustrating when pairing didn't happen. As I said, when it worked, it was awesome - no wires. My guess is that the bugs have been worked out and reliability has been improved. Someone else with the current version will likely respond with a more up to date report Good luck!

If the Sena's are still working and can be put in the new helmets--I would go that way for now. :yes:

SRC...

I had the SRC system in my C3 helmet and also had pairing issues. The early models also had problems with small internal wires breaking. The self contained concept is nice, but the other problems outweighed that. I replaced mine with a Sena unit which has much better audio quality, and I find easier to use.

Schuberth SRCe

Having worn Schuberths or BMW helmets for years (and they had a deal when we got the RT) we both got new everything, including the collars. Had minor pairing issues and the tech at SchuberthNA was very helpful. We are very pleased with the whole package. Now when the salt and cold are gone . . .
