Scheduled maintenance throttle cable lube?

The periodic maintenance schedule lists lubricating the throttle cable. I did a search here and looked through the maintenance manual at the house and don't see anything describing how to perform this maintenance action.

Anybody done this or knows how it is done? Any help would be appreciated.
