• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Satin Finish RTL, how to clean and shine?

We purchased a 2014 RT Limited. The colour is Silver Platinum Satin.
the manual says NOT to use my detailing sprays or any wax on a satin finish.
So My question is, what is everyone else with satin finish using on their rides to keep it protected and looking good.

Just wipe it down with a soft wet cloth. The dry it with a soft towel. I know, I want to wax everything. This is just too easy. My old Harley got waxed also every week. Now I just run a towel over the Spyder and wax the car.

As I see it..!!

if you wax you will get build up and eventually it will shine like the others. Its not supposed to shine but agree with your search for protection..:dontknow:

Thanks gang

Yes I spent lots of time on many black rides keeping them shiny!!
i will wax the truck, CRV and just "rinse and ride" the Spyder.
