Satellite Radio Not Showing On Info Screen After Can Am Bluetooth Dongle Installed

Hello, I have a 2011 RT Limited. I had a Can Am Blue Tooth dongle Installed. The CB was disconnected. Now the Sirius Radio Screen does not show. Does anyone know what I need to do to reconnect the Satellite radio or do I need to reconnect the CB and uninstall the blue tooth dongle.
I did not do the install, but had my local Can Am Spyder mechanic do it. I am bringing to the bike back to the shop Saturday and they Asked me to check the forums if this happened to anyone else and how they resolved it.

Thanks

Was it the BRP Bluetooth dongle kit?

If so, whoever installed it did it wrong. They unplugged the entire Entertainment harness thus rendering BOTH the CB and XM unplugged.
If this was the BRP kit they needed to unplug the CB from the Entertainment harness and plug the dongle into that. Instead they unplugged the entire Entertainment harness and plugged the BT dongle direct to the radio.

They need to read the instructions!

If this is the dongle cable from Motorcycle Dave, then you need a different cable to keep your XM.

I agree they unplugged the wrong harness. I installed the BRP Bluetooth Dongle myself on my 2015 RT Limited. The instructions are confusing. The drawing on page 5 shows the radio harness removed for clarity, and the new P3 connector installed. Perhaps they mistook that instruction and left the main harness off.

Jetfixer, I think I've unplugged the wrong harness during my install.

Are re you still active here? During my install on my 2013 Rt-S, I may have confused the directions as well. I got a a engine and transmission error upon starting up, so I unplugged and went back to stock. I'm left with a short connector that I didn't think was needed....perhaps it is?

I have a 2012 RT-S. Went to the Can Am website, and even the local dealership inquiring about the bluetooth dongle. But was told that it was for, and would not work on any earlier models than the 2014. I take it, there is only one model of the bluetooth dongle?
