Samsung new warranty policy on refurbished

Every factory refurbished product comes with the factory warranty and that is how my new Gear watch came, even registered it, it failed at 7 months, after being jerked around for a week or so, I am now informed that refurbished don't have a warranty.

So while Samsung products are good, you may or may not get warranty work if it fails.

:shocked: Did you originally have the warranty on your item, and have it pulled out from under you?
If that's the case; I'd say that you've got a good reason to take this issue "up the line".
