• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

From BF Goodrich
Treadwear If the tire treadwear does not reach its mileage warranty a pro rata replacement of the tire may be available under this warranty. For the mileage warranty associated with a specific tire, please see your BFGoodrich tire retailer or visit bfgoodrichtires.comIn order to maintain the treadwear warranty on your tires, the tires must be rotated every 6,000 to 8,000 miles (10,000 -12,000 km), or as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, whichever rotation period is less. Failure to rotate the tires as provided herein voids the treadwear warranty.Note that if you use different size tires on the front and rear axles, your tires cannot be rotated as recommended by BFGoodrich. As a result, the mileage warranty on each rear tire will be half that specified.

When I managed a tire store decades ago it was very rare for someone to submit a mileage warranty as most folks don't want to run the tires low enough for the warranty to be applicable.

Wow I learned something to day ...... If a tire maker ever asked me " did you rotate those tires according to etc etc. I'll say " you bet I did " :roflblack::roflblack: Thanks for the heads up ..... Mike

Anybody check with Can Am to see if there's any specific tweaks to the stock tread for use on a trike? I know my Ural sidecar rig is real particular about that and is guaranteed to track all over the place if you ad lib on tire selection.

And ya ... I figure sidewall height and final OD can have a major impact on handling if you tend to push it ... main reason I never went to the "dark side" on any of my road rigs.

Well folks, I guess that I am the odd ball here. I am sticking with the Kendas on my 600. At 10,000 and still doing well, I have no gripes about them. That is what I will replace them with.
