• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ryding with a dog?

Lots of possibilities!
Here's a working sheepdog in New Zealand on a BMW rather than a Spyder....

He is loving the ride!

I'm loving all the pictures of the biker dogs, thank you very much!

I'm worried about exhaust fumes being in a trailer, probably just worrying too much. That beast rider thingy looks pretty awesome o__o; I wonder if a 'basket' big enough for him would still fit the backseat of the Spyder.

I think I'll send a mail to the maker and see if it's possible and affordable for me. Also here's a little picture of my Mochi and my other means of transportation. I should really get him up on the Spyder and take a pretty picture.

Before you buy an expensive dog seat you want to make sure your Mochi will ride with you and not hate it
both of my dogs started riding with me at 8 weeks old so they grew up riding and love it
you could cover your back seat with something so Mochi won't scratch it
Then put a good harness on the Mochi [not a collar]
attach the harness to both passengers arm rests so Mochi can not slip off the seat and take a few short slow rides around the area you live in
And I mean slow
this will allow you to see how Mochi reacts to ridding
good luck and have fun
and Mochi looks great

Big Dog

I would love to be able to take our dog with us. We do in the cars ( SUV's) But carring a 150 pound Great Dane in a little trailer is just not right for him. He is fine in the either of our cars ( Yes the whole back seat ) and would fit in a large trailer. But If we need a trailer for the :spyder2: we will take my Magnum R/T.

Kaos

PS: Yes the dogs name is Kaos and he sometimes live up to it.

Ryding with a dog

Our Setter has logged over 6,000 miles in her trailer and has showed no signs of affects from exhaust or anything and we keep a very close eye on her , I would be a little nervous about exposure to the sun and heat in an open seat , but have seen many pooches hauled this way and they all seem to love it. With our trailer we can park and shop and let her hang out as the windows all open and the back door is double , if it gets in the 80's or higher as it did in the Badlands we put a block of ice in a small Styrofoam ice box.
