Run - Turn - Brake Lights?

Has anyone converted the rear directional lights to a running light, turn signal, and brake light? I'd like to do this on my ST... Wife says I need more lighting back there...

Check your state laws. In California turn signals cannot be red in color unless it is on a trailer.
A CHP I know told me this and he said he has issued "fix it" tickets for cars people have modified.

Kewlmetal has some really neat stuff; we've just been hearing a lot in recent times about poor customer service from them... :shocked:
I hope that they can get their act all sorted out...
