There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

No doubt. Only if I could afford one of those fancy one off helmets like you have. But gluing Cousin It to my current helmet seems like it would cause some neck problems.
Anyway we have a Goldwing riders rally in town and that has been cool to see all the extra bikes around. 2nd year for the rally in Tupelo the riders seem to really appreciate the city rolling out the red carpet for them. The city blocked off the street in front of the local Honda dealer to have a meet and greet block party Thursday night and all week long riders can participate in seminars and rider training at the coliseum.
Now to get a spyder dealer and have a rally for all spyder riders.
Looking forward to Cuba...good fun and meeting new and old friends.
