RTS Heel-Toe Shift

Has anyone thought of or know of a heel-toe shift set-up? I got spoiled with the heel-toe shift on my HD Bagger. Would like get something for mine.:spyder2:

I use my thumb and forefinger also, but I'm toe tapping to the beat of the music my RT_S is playing. hyea:
