• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. any one can help this situation ?
any respond really appreciated.thank you :pray:

Let's see...

It would seem you are not getting power to the system. Check battery (even if new don't know if you got an original but does need at least 12.7volts to start the motor) you also need to check all connections to frame and battery loose or dirty will not make good connection. Try to jump (hook up car battery if in the car with the engine off). Check kill switch though if you get a click it should be good....

If direct jumper of the battery spins the starter motor, it appears the battery works. So, could be a starter motor solenoid issue.

But first - As mentioned, check the Kill Switch is in the run position.

Then, let's go back and recheck the connections on the battery terminals. There are three red wires that need to all be connected to the positive terminal. One of them likes to hide sometimes in the red rubber boot and gets missed being reconnected. There are two wires on the negative I believe.

While you're there, the starter motor solenoid is close by just forward of the battery. In case you need to troubleshoot that, this is where it is.

As mentioned, check that chassis ground under the seat.

okey..after checking all ground and wiring sound good.

now waiting for ordering right hand switch. hope this good solution.

will see next switch coming.

thanks guys :chat:

Did you charge the new battery yet ??
Many of them come almost fully DIScharged.

Also.....on those older models it is not good enough to just tap the mode button.
Seems like I remember that it must be held down.....OR you need to wait about 10 seconds.

Possible bad kill switch.

As a temporary victim of a fried kill switch and having my entire right side handlebar console assembly replaced for it, the mechanic demonstrated how if I did a handstand on the kill switch on position, it could start, but it would die when i released the pressure.
I had the same symptoms as the OP.

just update..

right switch allready came and install but spyder still wont to started.
all sugestion to check ground wire, replace solenoid, good battery and voltage done.

how about dess and ecm...? what happen if it fault, any showing warning on the cluster ?
because there is no message on cluster. help please :dontknow::dontknow: dont know what should to do
no dealer here .thank you
