There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
RT622 hitch on RS

I just purchased a 2011 rss and wanted the hitch. Dealer was unsure of fitment of the factory hitch on the RS so called BRP. They were told it would not fit because of different brackets. They put an aftermarket one that look identical to the BRP oe but costs less than half.

I've got an RT hitch on my 08 GS, once I got all the parts BRP left out, it went on with no problem. That said, there's a hitch available for less out of Canada, it doesn't have the shock absorbing stuff the BRP hitch has, but neither did the MMG hitch, and I think they worked okay.
