• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT Transformation

Hi Ann,

Re: RT Transformation

As I posted once before in another thread, I think BRP should let buyers pick whatever colors that they want for each panel.

After all, they are a simple change-out.

This is very common in the parachute industry and does not cost anything extra, and does not delay any production.

Just my $0.02, it worth what you paid for it,

Looks great!

Did you just swap out panels ? Or paint them. I have thought about putting some black panels on my yellow RT. I figured the cost would be way too much...but I do like the look.....Santa is coming.....hmmmm I wonder if I have been that good.....

Was that the one that had a bent frame when you tried to align it at the Hill Country Ride in Boerne, Tex? If not, how did this '14 get a bent frame? Any word on the resolution for the one in Boerne?

Patti, no this wasn't the bike from TX that was an F3 and I believe that she got another one. This one was wrecked when it hit a curb and an electrical box. I talked about it previously in a thread about not letting anyone ride your Spyder.

We swapped out the panels. The only damage from the accident to the plastic was to the right fender. The owner really, really liked the cognac so when it was offered to him he decided to make his new one two toned.

All cognac is too much, but that 2 tone is just right. VERY nice. :2thumbs:
I'm not a fan of the cognac myself. The black bike was really beautiful with the Ultimate seat and the pin striping, but to each his own!

He is going to have the pin striper make some changes as the stripes don't line up exactly from cognac to black.
