There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. RT-S Cupholder & Droid X Holder

I have been trying to find a dual mount if it is out there? I am looking for a cup holder and cell phone holder.
Not sure if it would be able to be an all in one mount or not. My thinking is a mount that will mount to the handle bar with the cup holder in front of the handle bar with the cell phone holder on the back side of the handle bar (closer to the rider). Hope this makes since? My point is I am trying to keep the clutter to a minimum. This is for the wifes Spyder so I don't need her handle bars looking like an IMax theatre. She has enough to worry about with changing the radio stations.

http://www.ram-mount.com/ I would start here . RAM Mount has a mount for almost anything. Look in the motorcycle section and also in the ATV and UTV section as I found a base mount that is like a rubber coated hose clamp that I think will fit on the RT handle bars as it opens up to 3" diameter. I hate clutter too and I also found a stick on RAM mount base that uses 3M activated tape (need a crowbar to get off once tape is activated by wipe)

I have looked at the RAM website. There are so many potions there. I might resort to calling them to speed the searching. Thanks for the advice.

Hey, We resemble that remark. ......... Nothing wrong with Imax - LOL

I know yur NOT an Imax fan, but you might like the set-up on Teds Red Sled. Its what you w
ant, just not the all-in-one package that you hoped you'd find. I haven't found it either, but this works well for us. All depends on if you have an RT or RS to mod. On the RT-S & LIMITED, you can unplug the analogue gas & temp. gauges & they will then show up in digital form on the intrument Clusters LCD screen on the LEFT & RIGHT sides. On the base RT & RT-AC, they already show on the LCD & you only have blank caps where the anologue gauges would have been. We then went to Bass Pro shops & looked thru there assortment of Ram Mounts that they carry in stock. Got one with a 3 nch arm 22 mounting balls. Right around the corner, in their Marine Department, we picked up a swivel cup-holder made for boats. About $20 & $15 if I remember correctly. We used the ram-mount on the left side, attached with 4 nuts & bolts to an aluminum backing plate we fashioned to behind the RTs dash. Was pretty easy to do & works like a charm for the cup-holder.

Then we picked up a "Universal" gadget holder from Verizon Wireless for around $20. It has a 3M sticky pad mount that is VERY strong & durable. This is my 2nd one on as many Spyders & we've NEVER had an issue with it holding solid over 2 years of use now. Tho to he fair, I met another member that had the same setup as we did, but his "gadget" holder was mounted on his handelbars. When I ask

2011-09-15 15.29.13.jpged him, "Why there?" he said one day that his young daughter was getting on the byke & accidently "kicked it" & it came flying off, so he didn't "trust" that mounting position anymore. Well, yeah, if you kick it, its gonna pop off -LOL But under "normal" use & wear, its been solid for us. We have it mounted to the only "FLAT" spot of tupperware that is easily visible & accesible from the drivers seat & thats at the very TOP part of the Glove-compartment on the RT. If you have an RS, sorry, none of this helps, but IM sure some RS ryders will chime in with their solutions & suggestions.

I'm not saying this is the BEST or ONLY set-up, but it was relatively cheap (under $60 for everything) & easy for me to do myself, saving even more $$ I hope this makes sense & helps & if you want or need more details, just send me a pm.

GOOD LUCK & HAVE FUN

The RAM ATV handlebar mount RAM-B-231Z-2 is the base for anything from them for the RT handlebars. It is in the ATV section so many do not find it - even customer service people. I have it with a cup holder and am sorry that I did not order a RAM based mount system for my phone, (used the KEWL metal Gizmo mount in the center of the handlebars). The one I have have works but the RAM has more options.

Thanks for for your help. I also looked in the UTV (side by side ATV)section on the RAM Mount web site and found some other components too.

Oh, I am all for IMax. Just not for the wifes RT-S. I have enough stuff hanging on my M109. Just trying to keep it at a minimum. She gets easily distracted with all the buttons as it is. I saw the mounts you mentioned. But I am already thinking of putting additional Volt & Oil Temp/Pressure gauge where the stock gauges are at. If it doesn't pan out I might go your route. I just hate the stupid analog gauge. Thanks for the info...

Crap, didn't look there. Guess I'll have to go back there and do some more shopping. Still undecided.....:gaah:
