RT right side cover

I just brought home a new RTS and noticed there is not a honey-combo black grill on the RH side radiator vent. The left has one but not the right. Is this normal or is something missing?

the heat comes out from there so if you get any kinds of highway pegs you will heat up your right foot!! I got the cover from spyderpops and at the same time I was walking thru walmart and saw a wire mesh disposible grill top for small items.......I covered the plain black cover with it.....not bad for a few $$

So as not to badmouth sponsors of the board, (not cool) I ordered mine on Monday a couple of weeks ago and had them on the bike on Friday same week.
