• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone tell me what the torque value is for the clutch nut under the dust cover on the RSS SM5?

Depends...

Here's the break down...
15 N•m
133 in lbs
11.6 foot lbs don't know which torque wrench you may be using....

not having a torque wrench handy when I changed the O rings, I just inserted the allen wrench and used a box end wrench to snug the nut. you turn that nut without holding the shaft with the allen wrench you will destroy the diaphragm. maybe you already know this though. :)

Agree

:agree: Don't forget the allen wrench when tightening the nut or it will spin the diafram for the vaccum assist system....
