Hi ya Bob, I am pulling the Bunkhouse Lil B. It is the small one with a standard bed. Weight with spare tyre and rack is 245 lbs. Mine is a 2005 and had been pulling it with a Goldwing. I just replaced the tenting so hope to use it another 10 years. I cover the RS-S with a Goldwing cover, it goes from the head lights to the hitch nice and tight. I do have a canopy I use from time to time.:thumbup: What camper is that; the Aspen?
You do need to pack a screened in canopy for your bike!![]()

Mine is a sm5 shifts are accomplished at 6,000 rpm and never allow engine below 5,000 rpm. Camper weight is way below max 400 lbs recommended by BRP. Good luck.:cheers:This is my dream for the future of my 2014 RS. But how does it pull? I have never pulled anything behind a motorcyle but thinking about the spyder.

Hi Johnny, it tis a Big Bike Parts hitch. Easy to install. No need to pull the Spyder axle. Good luck, Bill:cheers:What brand trailer hitch are you using??? Would like to install one on my RSS.

I can be found from time to time at Ironhorse Motorcycle Camp ground off NC28 just below Fontana dam. I have been meaning to go to Two Wheels of Suches and that would make a meeting point for North Alabama. I do most camping at Willville MC Campground in the Meadows of Dan, VA. Great area riding around the Blue Ridge Parkway. See ya, Bill:cheers:I have the same setup with an older bunkhouse trailer, all of us camping spyder riders should meet up for a long weekend this fall somewhere in the Smoky Mountains for some riding and camping fun
Looks really nice so I booked labor day weekend, will be riding up Saturday and heading back home Monday, let me know if your planning to be up there that weekend, I'm guessing I'll be the only Spyder there.
No brake on the trailer. Weight is 245 or so. I have seen co-riders weigh more.:yikes: I have not noticed any push in the curves as I had with Goldwings. Good luck.:cheers:Im curious if there are any trailer brake on your trailer? ??? And if not does it push the rear end around. ?..
