There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. News of Charley Pride's passing today. He died at 86 from complications due to Covid 19.

RIP: Charley Pride.

God bless him. It’s a sad day for country music. One of my faves. May he get to heaven 15 minutes before the devil realizes he is gone.

His voice was a bit distinctive from the others of His era.... sending :pray::pray::pray::pray:...... Mike

Charlie's music is at the top of my list. I notice more and more, somebody dies, it's the COVID-19 virus.

RIP Charlie Pride,
He was one of my favorite country music singers too. I really enjoyed ( Kiss an angel good morning). He will live on in our hearts and through his music.
My prayers go out to his family.

Thanks for the post, thanks for your service.

Thank you for yours! My Father also served in Korea. He was a gunner in a Sherman tank. Claims that's why he can't hear now. I had the honor of being his guardian on an Honor Flight to DC a few years back. He had so much fun sharing stories with the other elderly veterans on that trip. Quite memorable!

Back on topic...

A request to get back on topic: RIP Charley Pride

The other subject is good, but maybe a separate thread to discuss it.

PS. I am the one who started this thread.

I'm not a CW music fan and listen to very little of it, but I sure did enjoy hearing his voice. As far as voice quality I put him head and shoulders above most current CW singers I've heard.

I just watched the PBS American Masters program about Charley Pride. It is a really great program and very enjoyable to watch and learn about Pride's life. If you get a chance to watch it when PBS reruns it, or can stream it from PBS, do so. If you enjoyed listening to him you'll really enjoy the program, "I'm Just Me!". It first came out early last year.
