• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Riding Sunglasses

:dontknow: I solved this one by getting a helmet with an integral sun-visor...
An HJC IS-Max.
Have you considered this option, and just save the shades for after the bucket is put away?

+ one for the internal sun visor, once you get one you will never go back ! :)
i wear corrective lenses but when i ride i switch to contacts so i dont need to bring glasses with me at all, its pretty liberating lol

I use clear and darker safety glasses from Wallyworld. Have for years and I love them and they are reasonable.

I went down to Wallyworld yesterday and purchased me some Bella Ballistic Safety Glasses. Price was under $20.00. These things work great. They aren't the snazziest of sunglasses, but they are very very functional and will get the job done for me.

Any suggestions on really nice riding sunglasses? Our helmets put pressure on the sides of our current sunglasses giving us a headache after 30 -40 minutes. We wear oakley right now.

Your problem may not be the sunglasses...if pressure from the helmet is pushing on the sides of the glasses, this will occur with any glasses. You may need to get a helmet one size bigger. Some helmets are molded and shaped differently too; more oval, more round, narrow, wide.....I would go try on some different helmets. :D

Best sunglasses I ever had were Serengeti Drivers. Lens were a dark amber, the haze that pops up during and after rain, these made it invisible. Killed glare, really awesome!!!
They were wire frames so they were thin at the temples, no pressure issues. Wish I still had them, but they were non-prescription and I had to stop wearing contacts.
So, I gave them to my son.
Good luck!
