Apparently they had no sense of humor:roflblack:
Some of my coworkers are in Sturgis this week. They trailered up (6 bikes) because they knew they couldn't ride that far in the allotted time. In talking with one of them, I guess they can't ride more than 1 - 2 hours without taking an hour break. :dontknow:
In fairness... I can get a hell of a lot farther in a day -even on the same roads I ride the Spyder when I'm in my air conditioned car, which can go 450 miles on a tank of gas.

True, but I don't think that is the point. While I'm sure there are some who must trailer for 1 reason or another, many trailer just because they don't want to ride. If you don't want to ride, can you consider yourself a 'Rider'?
Lamont and I trailered to California one time so it can happen to the best of us. But Riders will always ride if they get the chance.
Remind me Lamont.... why didn't we ride that trip? I remember it cost me a set of 4 brand new tires on my trailer! :gaah:
I wasn't panning on them. That's basically what I was told. Those guys idea of a long days ride is 5 - 6 hours riding and 4 hours of not riding (gas, food, drinks, visiting, etc.) I kinda prefer that type of long ride myself.
