Results on Heat Issue 2015 F3-S

Dealer kept my bike for the day yesterday, ran the test BRP asked for and gave BRP the results.
Long story short--- BRP said the heat that I am feeling is from the design of the bike, fans and the wind speed (riding).
Because I live in a hot area of California, I feel more heat then someone in a cooler environment. Good thing it's only 103 degree here today. Everything is working as it was designed to work they said.

Side note --- They also said the vibration felt between 68-72 mph is normal and will not hurt anything as long as the belt tension is within spec.


Guess I'll have to invest in some heat resistant chaps.... anyone ever hear of any?????

I still love the bike put on 7,200 miles of smiles since the end of Jan.

Did dealer and or BRP say vibration was normal???

Consider an RT

It has been reported that the 2014 / 2015 version of the RT seems to have corrected the heat problems. It may not be an F3 , but it would still have the 1330 motor that you are used to and may be an answer to the heat problems that you are having. It will be interesting to hear others input about the situation.
