• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Removing side panels on RT Limited

Today I was going to change the oil in my RT Limited being I always changed it in my RS and didn't think there would be a problem. I was wrong - as I started to remove the side panels I found that a special tool is needed to remove the two chrome screws. Tool kit does not supply this item - does anyone know where to get the proper tool or some other way of removing the panels. Checked in auto parts stores and Lowes and could not find a tool that would do the job. Any help will be greatly appreciated. It's not bad enough we keep spending more and more money on our toys - now they have us spending more money on special tools.

Service Manual

I would like to know if there a Service Manual for 2010 RT and if so where can I get one. There is no dealers for the Can Am where I live. I have to take it out of town for minor service like the oil change and I would like to it myself. If you could I will be thankful.

thanks

Thank you for your help. By any chance is there a class that I can take about Canam spyders, how to work on them, I would love to learn.

I don't know if they'd be comfortable giving us amateurs enough rope with which to hang ourselves...:yikes: But some sort of "Spyders For Dummies With Wrenches" course would be a real nice idea...
