Received New Owners Packet Today

Dealer delivered Uly on 8/28. I received my New Owners Packet today. There are probably several factors that influence the timliness of packet mailing; I'm sure the dealer has a lot to do with it. From my point-of-view, RPM Cycles in Albemarle, NC continues to demonstrate themselves to be a top-notch dealer. The timliness of submitting my info as a new owner is in line with all my other experiences with them. Thanks Rick and Cheryl at RPM... you're the best!

By the way, Uly has 1,736 miles on her and not a lick of trouble (except for loose battery connection that I should have checked and corrected; the dealer found and corrected on my 600 mile service). She's a good girl! Having a blast.
