Robobrackets yesterday. I cracked my stringray windshield a couple of weeks ago and didn't want to toss it. It cracked on both sides between to mount holes. Totally my fault... I had the proper torque... 22 INCH lbs but I didn't realize I had the edge caught on that tiny lip at the edge.
I had been looking for adjustable brackets and decided on the robobrackets. Installed it this morning after trimming and reshaping my lower mount area. Did a couple of tweaking rides this morning. Took a long ride this afternoon... 82 degrees here... wow nice mounting brackets. Just a tiny bit more tweaking it looks like it is going to be a perfect setup.
A big :2thumbs: to Mark at Madstad... everything was as advertised... now "she who must be obeyed" told me I had to order one for her SE. I guess that's only fair if she'll pay for it.
IMHO I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the robo-brackets. /Ken
