I found out that the Can-Am website that lets you enter in your VIN to see if there are any recalls for it is not totally up to date.
http://can-am.brp.com/spyder/owners/safety/safety-recalls-vin-lookup.html
I think they only list the really serious (safety?) recalls or something.
I ran my VIN through the BOSSWeb dealer deal and a "warranty campaign" popped up.
This might already be common knowledge but I thought I'd share it just in case. It would be very easy for someone to mistake the website checker coming back clean that their Spyder has no outstanding issues.
The dealer is supposed to notify you that certain warranty campaigns are available but not all dealers do this I suppose.
So have your dealer run your VIN every once in a while. (If you have your Spyder serviced this is part of the servicing routine.)
Anyways, YMMV of course!
