I would go with Arr Mihardes idea on the inside of the swing arm, I am currently working on a project myself to light the ground, all the vents in the tupperware, the back "cubby" created by my Corbins, the ground in all sections, and the A-Arm openings.
Basically I want my bike to glow inside with the purity of the light reaching the ground and surrounding areas. While my original ideas were not as intense as Kratos, he has poisoned my mind. The good news being that I have a spare set of rims to work with, so I can do it and ride while I work on the rims not on the bike. The additional items I am looking at will also light up the cluster and handle bars thanks to some "LED Wire" for kids bikes, all items are on the drawing board and in testing currently.
