Let me start out saying that I have not yet done any troubleshooting or investigation of the problem yet so I can't answer any questions.
Today, for the second time in a couple thousand miles the 20 amp fuse for the rear suspension blew. Last time I looked over all the hardware and connectors and found nothing wrong, replaced the fuse and everything worked fine until today. This afternoon, riding 2 up, the rear suspension went flat and the warning on the MF display indicated an error. I pulled over and yanked the blown fuse and replaced it. Everything was normal for about 5 miles, then the suspension went flat and the display showed error again. I continued home this way. The Spyder is parked in the garage waiting until I have time to investigate further which probably won't be until late tomorrow or Sunday.
Question is, has anyone had fuse blowing problems with the rear suspension? If so, what was the cause? I'll pull out the electrical diagram when I have more time and check it out. I am going to have to pull tupperware and check the wire harness that goes down the right side because that is where I had to shift stuff around when I installed the ISCI handbrake. I need to make sure the wire isn't pinched or chaffed bare.
Other than that, I'm open to ideas.
