Rear Parking Brake Not Releasing on 2019 F3-S - is this the correct TSB?

I've been having issues with the rear parking brake not releasing on my 2019 F3-S, I have a service appointment scheduled next week. I found the following TSB online, can anyone confirm this TSB addresses the rear brake issue, and has anyone used the TSB to get the Can-Am service department to fix the brake under warranty (My bike is under warranty until August 2024). Thanks all.

Update: Replacement of the parking brake motor was covered under the TSB and the B.E.S.T warranty.

Since I don't have too - I don't ever use the parking brake.

I didn't realize that Connecticut was that flat!
Someday when you come back to get on your trike, it is NOT going to be exactly where you parked it.
Guess the manual shift leaving it in gear works better than I anticipated!
