• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Got back from a long trip and upon arriving in my driveway, heard a metallic sound from the rear.Upon inspection, found the rear fender about ready to come off.The top of the mount was cracked on both sides of the fender and about 2'' of metal was left holding the fender on.called dealer to see if covered by Best warranty and they said probably not, came under" unusual wear and tear."BS! Looks as if the material is of poor grade.Anyone else have this problem and what was solution.Dealer unaware of rear fender malfunctions but i recall someone had theirs go only after a few mos. Also saw some spyders w/crackes in similar places on rear fender. Was there a buletin on this?Searched and couldnt find one.Any help appreciated so as to counter the dealer and BRP.Thanks in advance.

waiting on Dealer to call me that parts are in

I had mine break and the dealer told me that it was not covered under the BEST extend warranty. So I email BRP with pictures and they gave me a call to let me know that it was not covered, but out of good faith, they would replace it. Look at this maybe it will help http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/...Fender-is-NOT-covered-by-BEST-protection-plan. Good luck. I was told you have to send PICTURES to speed up things.

Call Carlo at BRP. It's supposed to be normal wear and tear but way too many people are having this problem. Really sounds more like a defective part IMHO.

When mine and my husband's cracked I called Carlo and was satisfied.
